I see a lot of stuff on home inspections – leaking roofs, structural issues, environmental issues, and electrical hazards (just to name a few). But a missing door knob?
We obviously put it in the report, but when I find something like this on a home inspection, that usually means there are a lot of small issues like this one. And what does that do? It makes for a really long home inspection report that is full of smaller stuff like this.
If you are a seller, and you want to make the home inspection run soother, be sure to correct items like this and make the home inspection report a lot shorter.
